Ni Hao Ma??

Zao Shang Hao - Good Morning guyss.. testing my chineese spoken abilities..

As said earlier, we had the 1st chineese class yesterday taught by Mrs. Devi Natarajan. She used to teach English in China for kids.
The class started with an introduction of chineese provinces and the instructor specially highlighted the importance of knowing hostile indo chineese boundaries for official purposes. We learned few words related to metals ( Panchloha)
-Jin-gold, Yin-Silver, Tong-Copper, Tye-Iron, Xi-Zinc and few Pin Yin words.

You know the meaning of BeiJing? 'Bei' in chineese is North and 'Jing' is Capital and "Zhong guo" is "Middle Kingdom" aka CHina. I think learning chineese for me would be a good bet as I can use it in the future if planned to get back to Singapore.

OK...got to go..

Xie Xie...........Zai Jian.....
